Interchangeable use is not recommended. PUR hot melt glue adopts moisture curing and has higher requirements for temperature control, sealing performance and glue cutting. The equipment is equipped with a special sealing structure, precise temperature control system and anti-curing glue path design. EVA hot melt glue is a conventional hot melt adhesive, and its supporting equipment is suitable for conventional high-temperature melting and fast glue output processes. We can match exclusive models, glue hoses, glue valves and nozzles according to different glue types to avoid problems such as glue blockage, wire drawing and curing failure.

High-pressure anti-wire drawing hoses and high-flow glue guns are preferred for high-speed dispensing and butyl glue application scenarios. Small spiral nozzles and anti-suckback glue valves are suitable for high-precision micro dispensing to effectively prevent glue dripping and wire drawing. High-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant and high-sealing electric heating hoses are adopted for long-term continuous high-temperature operation. Standard scraping guns and ordinary nozzles match conventional glue scraping and coating processes. All accessories are made of carefully selected materials with excellent durability, compatible with all our hot melt glue equipment.

Our 3-axis automatic dispensing machine is widely applicable to electronics, packaging, auto parts, home furnishing, sealing and grouting, craft coating and other industries. It realizes automatic and precise dispensing, spraying and coating with uniform and stable glue output, effectively improving production efficiency, reducing manual errors, and adapting to mass standardized production.

Daily maintenance is simple and efficient. Regularly clean residual glue and carbon deposits on the melting tank, filter screen, nozzles and glue valves. Keep the heating system of glue hoses in normal temperature control state to avoid aging caused by frequent cold and hot alternation. Empty the glue path when the equipment is shut down for a long time to prevent glue curing and blockage. Regularly check the sealing of joints and the operation of temperature control circuits. Standard maintenance can greatly prolong the service life of equipment and accessories.

Mixing use is not recommended. Different types of PUR, EVA and butyl glue vary greatly in melting point, viscosity and curing characteristics. Mixing different glues will easily cause glue path pollution, blockage, unstable glue output and poor bonding effect. It is recommended to use one equipment for one corresponding glue type, and thoroughly clean the glue path before replacing different glues.
